Payment can be made via check, credit card or Paypal and must be received BEFORE THE ORDER CAN BE SHIPPED.
PLEASE ALLOW 2–4 weeks for your order to ship. IF AN ORDER IS NEEDED SOONER, PLEASE EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org to open a discussion about what lead times are possible for your order. RUSH ORDERS MAY be subject to a 10% SURCHARGE.
Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. A PREFERRED CARRIER MAY BE REQUESTED IF THE RECIPIENT AGREES TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES that are incurred, OTHERWISE THE CARRIER IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SENDER.
All of our products are handmade HERE IN THE U.S.A. Due to the nature of THE production method, each product may HAVE SLIGHT variations.
returns, exchanges & cancellations
Please INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS UPON RECEIPT AND notify us of ANY incorrect or damaged product within 5 days. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED AND WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW MERCHANDISE. RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF HELD FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.
MERCHANDISE MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN THE CASE OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AS NOTED ABOVE.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours or are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
BRANDED PACKAGING WILL BE PROVIDED for all products. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE SOLD IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
