One Kit, Three Ways
Hi lovely readers! i'm back this week with three unique ways to use April's kit! This month's kit is called 'Everyday' and it's totally versatile and lovely for documenting all your activities this month and beyond. I love a good filler card in my Project Life as much as the next lady but sometimes I just want to make full page layouts so today, I'm sharing three unique ways to use up all your kit contents for scrapbook layouts! Read below to see how I'm using this month's kit and head over to the shop to snag your own too!

FULL PAGE BACKGROUND
Every month, you'll get one full page paper that's 9x12 in size, so to kick things off, I'm using that as my background. Simple and easy to start off! To finish this layout, I used six photos that I took on the plane from my recent trip to Phoenix. I aligned them evenly in the center on a grid and placed that 'am/pm' thicker from Studio Calico across the two center photos since I flew out in the morning and home in the evening for this trip. I used a metallic triangle washi tape along the bottom couple of inches alternating the direction of the arrows to be reminiscent of coming and going and added some journaling on a stamped label. To add some extra titling I used the 'totally' speech bubble from the Sweetie Kit and some gold glitter thickers.

This second layout utilizes four of the 3x3" cards as the main grounding point of the layout and snippets of a fifth card design to ground the bottom half of the layout. By alternating the colorful patterns with the back and white patterns and using a punchy photo in the foreground, you really get a fun and vibrant layout. To add some more fun, I added some copper sequins and some stitching to finish it off.

JUMBO PATTERN TITLE
This layout is one of my favorite ways to use up some patterns that you really love in a unique way. I snagged two of the 4x6" cards and traced around some jumbo chipboard letters before fussy cutting them out. I alternated patterns between each letter in my title phrase to end up with a big bold title for this layout. I then used some of the scraps as a top border and scattered some whitewash wood veneer stars on the top half of the layout to finish it off.
I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE!
I hope you'll find some fun tidbits to apply to your own scrapbooking and be sure to check out the kit in the shop. Let me know if you have any questions or comments about the kit or how i'm using it!
